Before Your Cleaning

To help us give you the best results:

• Lightly pick up clutter, toys, or laundry

• Secure pets in a safe area

• Make sure we can easily access your home or workplace

• Let us know if there are any fragile, valuable, or sensitive items​

If you have special requests or priorities, just tell us — we tailor each clean to your needs.

During the Cleaning

Your cleaner will arrive within the scheduled window and complete the services agreed upon.

We bring all necessary supplies unless you prefer specific products.

After the Cleaning

When we’re done, your space should feel fresher, lighter, and more comfortable.

If anything was missed or doesn’t feel right, contact us within 24 hours and we may return to fix what was missed on a case by case basis.

Payments & Cancellations

• Payment is due at the time of service

• Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice

• Same-day cancellations may be charged a fee
